From time to time, selected dolls become available for adoption. When this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the individual doll’s page as well as on my social media channels.
Each doll is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece. Because of this, adoptions are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please take your time reviewing all images and descriptions before committing. If you have any questions about materials, condition, or details, you are very welcome to reach out.

Parcels are carefully packed in rigid boxes with soft padding. Each doll is shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity and a small doll care guide.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the box, the contents, and any damage sustained. I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with DHL.
